Member of a Hamas cell that was planning to carry out car bombings, stabbings, and kidnappings against Israelis.
He was appointed commander of the cell, was in contact with the other members, and encouraged them to carry out attacks, including the stabbing attack in which Dvir Sorek was murdered in Gush Etzion in 2019.
After the attack, he participated in a meeting where a knife stained with Sorek's blood was displayed, and he, along with the other members of the cell, congratulated the perpetrators of the attack. In addition, he criticized "failures" that were discovered during the execution. At that meeting, the cell decided to carry out another attack.
Later, he hid equipment and materials related to the cell's activities. Shortly before his arrest, he informed another person that he was a member of the cell responsible for Sorek's murder and asked him to hide materials related to the details of the cell members. In addition, he ordered him to continue acting on behalf of the Hamas organization.
He was released from prison on January 25, 2025, after 5 years of imprisonment, as part of the second phase of the hostage deal.
According to the terms of the deal, he was permanently expelled from the West Bank.
