Wessam Laili Ayoub Abu Rajila

A member of the cell that kidnapped and murdered the youth Eliyahu Ashri in 2006. As part of his role, he kidnapped Ashri in his car, physically attacked him, and led the planning of the operation until the moments of the murder. He was released from prison on January 25, 2025, after 18 years of imprisonment, as part of the second phase of the hostage deal. According to the terms of the deal, he was permanently expelled from the West Bank.
