A prominent money launderer in Lebanon and significant funder of Hezbollah. One of Hezbollah's senior donors, involved in blood diamond trade. He assists Hezbollah in laundering considerable sums of money through his companies, and has personally provided funds to Hezbollah's Secretary-General.
