Muhannad Talal Mansour Shreim

A senior member of Hamas's terror infrastructure in Tulkarm during the Second Intifada. Assisted in executing several attacks and was responsible for the deaths of dozens of Israelis. Served as the right-hand man to senior members of Hamas's infrastructure in Tulkarm. He was involved in planning and executing the suicide bombing at the Park Hotel in Netanya on Passover night, March 27, 2002, which killed 29 Israeli civilians and injured 64 others. He was also involved in a series of shooting attacks on IDF forces in the Tulkarm area. His arrest helped prevent another suicide bombing the terror infrastructure was working on.
