One of the planners of the attack on Line 37 in Haifa. The attack occurred on March 5, 2003, on Egged bus line 37, on Moriah Avenue in Haifa. 17 people were murdered in the attack, including a father and son and eight other school students. The main charges against him were: Causing death by negligence (traffic incident); providing shelter; attempted murder - hostile activities; military training.
