Carried out an attack in a forest in Northern Samaria in 2020. The attack killed Esther Horgan, 52. On December 20, 2020, he was in the Reihan Forest, intending to carry out an attack and waiting for a victim. Esther Horgan, a mother of six from the Tal Menashe settlement in Northern Samaria, went for a morning run in the forest near her home. He met Horgan, and when she noticed him, she began to run away while he chased her. After about 15 meters, he caught up with her. He grabbed her hands while she was screaming, threw her to the ground, picked up a stone and hit her in the head until her body stopped moving and her voice fell silent. He was captured by security forces after an extensive manhunt that lasted four days, and was sentenced to life imprisonment.
