Fahd Shaludi Sabri Burhan

Was involved in the kidnapping and murder of soldier Yaron Chen, convicted of murder and attempted murder and served two life sentences in prison - until he was released as part of the Shalit deal and deported to Turkey. After his release, he tried to promote terrorist activity and offered his brother-in-law who lives in Jerusalem to acquire weapons for Hamas military activity in Jerusalem, as well as to promote Hamas organizational activity in the city. The main charges against him were: Murder by hostile actions; attempted murder - hostile actions; weapons/ammunition/explosives.
