Originally a member of the Fatah movement in Libya, he lived in Lebanon for years and, following the Oslo Accords, entered Israeli territory from Rafah in 1996.
Initially, he was part of the Palestinian National Security, but later, at the same time, he also began to operate in the Fatah movement.
He was responsible for preparing the explosives and sending the terrorists in the following attacks:
● A suicide attack in the Beit Israel neighborhood in Jerusalem in March 2002, in which 10 people were murdered, including 6 children.
● A suicide attack in the Kiryat Yovel neighborhood in Jerusalem in March 2002, in which two people were murdered.
● A suicide attack in Rishon LeZion in May 2002, in which two people were murdered.
He was captured by security forces and sentenced to life imprisonment.
