Abdul Rahman Suleiman Ali Othman

A member of the terror cell that murdered Eldad Abir in 2006. He initiated the attack when he approached his accomplices and suggested they participate in the murder of a Jew. He participated in the advance planning and observations of the gas station, and wrote a will the night before the murder. On the day of the attack, he arrived at the gas station armed with a gun, and shot Eldad Abir while he was sitting in his office. When Eldad walked toward them, his partner stabbed him. After the murder, he fled to Nablus and Jericho, and asked for a job in the Palestinian Authority in order to gain their protection from Israel. He was captured by security forces a few months later.
