The commander of the cell responsible for carrying out the attack in which the couple Naama and Eitam Henkin were murdered in 2015, near Beit Furik in Samaria during Sukkot holiday. During a confrontation with Eitam Henkin, Hamed shot and killed him, and then also shot Naama Henkin. He noticed the family's children in the back seat but didn't shoot them, claiming it was due to a religious prohibition against harming children. He declared that the purpose of the attack was to avenge the Duma village attack, and that he does not regret his actions.
