Carried out several stabbing attacks between 2019 and 2022.
During these attacks, the couple Yehuda and Tamar Kaduri, Ivan Tarnovsky were killed, and others were wounded.
In January 2019, he arrived in the Arnon Hanatziv neighborhood and wandered its streets attempting to find a Jewish victim.
He identified a girl walking on the street and began walking quickly behind her. When he caught up to her, he pulled out a knife and began stabbing her neck in an attempt to slash it. She screamed and he fled the scene.
The next day, he returned to the neighborhood and noticed Yehuda Kaduri, age 71, leaving his apartment. He snuck into the apartment and found Yehuda's wife, Tamar Kaduri, in her bed. He stabbed her in the neck until her death.
Afterwards, he hid in one of the rooms, surprised Yehuda Kaduri when he returned to his apartment, and stabbed him to death.
In March 2022, he climbed over the separation fence between A-Ram and Beit Hanina and entered Israel territory with wire cutters, an electric shocker, pepper spray, and a knife in his bag.
He entered an apartment in one of the buildings in the Arnona neighborhood of Jerusalem, holding the knife and shocker in his hands.
He noticed Ivan Tarnovsky and two other people sleeping in their beds.
He thought they were Jewish and stabbed Tarnovsky in the neck while he was sleeping. He then stabbed the person next to him and fled the scene.
He was captured by security forces in 2022.
In February 2025, he was sentenced to 3 life sentences, and an additional 40 years in prison.
