Talal Hamiyah

Chief intelligence officer of Hezbollah, responsible for the organization's foreign attacks. Commander of Unit 910. He served as the deputy chief of staff of Hezbollah, Imad Mughniyeh, until his assassination. He is considered one of the veteran commanders of Hezbollah's military wing. His name is also linked to the 1994 bombing of the Jewish community building in Buenos Aires.
