Salman Raouf

Salman Raouf, also known as Salman Samuel al-Reda Rammal, is a commander in Hezbollah responsible for Hezbollah's terrorist operations in Western countries. As one of the heads of Hezbollah's External Security Organization (ESO), he was also involved in terrorism projects around the world. The ESO is the entity within Hezbollah responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing terrorist attacks outside of Lebanon. The attacks were directed primarily against Israelis and Americans.
