Sahban Wael Al-Titi

He carried out a car-ramming attack in the southern Hebron Hills in 2015. The attack killed Avraham Asher Hasno. On October 20th, 2015, Hasno was on his way to a doctor's appointment in Kiryat Arba at noon when he was attacked by stone-throwers at the Al-Fawar intersection. He stopped and got out of the vehicle in an attempt to escape injury. Al-Titi, who was driving a truck, ran over Hasno and killed him. He fled the scene towards the town of Dahriya and after about an hour surrendered to the Palestinian security forces, where he claimed it was an accident.  The court ruled that he was aware that he was running over the deceased, and dragged him for 37 meters, not only hitting him but also running over him with the wheels of the vehicle. He was sentenced to life imprisonment.
