Raed Ahmad Mahmoud Hutari

A senior member of the Hamas infrastructure in Qalqilya during the Second Intifada. He was responsible for recruiting attackers, and was behind the recruitment of a series of attackers who carried out bombing attacks with many casualties within Israel. These attacks were among the most severe that the State of Israel had experienced in terms of the number of casualties and the nature of the attacks. Among the attackers he was involved in recruiting were: ● The suicide bomber in the Neve Yamin attack in March 2001, in which 2 teenagers were killed and 83 were wounded ● The suicide bomber for the Dolphinarium attack in June 2001, in which 22 people were killed and 83 were wounded As part of his role as a senior operative in the Hamas infrastructure in Qalqilya, he was involved in additional attacks including a suicide attack at the Bar Ilan Bridge in October 2002 in which one civilian was killed and 20 others were wounded. In addition to the attacks that were carried out, he was involved in additional attempts to carry out attacks within Israel.
