Carried out a stabbing attack in the settlement of Halamish in 2017. During the attack, he broke into the Solomon family home, killed the father Yossi Solomon, the son Elad and the daughter Haya, and severely wounded the mother of the family, Tova. He infiltrated the Halamish settlement on Friday night, July 21, 2017, by climbing over the fence. Around 9:30 PM, he entered the Solomon family home, where ten family members were sitting for the Shabbat night dinner. He began stabbing those present with a knife he had brought with him. He killed Yossi Solomon, age 70, and his two children, Haya Solomon, age 46, and Elad Solomon, age 36. A neighbor, an off-duty soldier from the Oketz unit, heard the screams and ran to the scene of the attack. He shot him through the kitchen window and wounded him. While medical teams were treating the victims at the scene, he tried to attack the medics but was stopped by security forces at the scene. He was arrested and taken by helicopter to a hospital for treatment of his wounds. On February 15, 2018, the military court sentenced him to four life sentences."
