Nur al-Din Amar

Brother of Nidal Amar who kidnapped and murdered Tomer Hazan in 2013. He was a Fatah operative and was imprisoned in 2003 for security offenses. He pressured his brother Nidal to carry out the kidnapping in order to get him released from prison.
