Nour Mohammed Shukri Jaber

Senior Islamic Jihad commander, serving 17 life sentences for his responsibility for the murder of 16 Israelis. He led the suicide attack on the Hebron Prayer Road in November 2002, in which 12 security forces personnel were killed, including the late Col. Dror Weinberg. In addition, responsible for the attack in Otniel in December 2002, in which four yeshiva students were murdered. He was released from prison on January 25, 2025, after 21 years of imprisonment, as part of the second phase of the hostage deal. According to the terms of the deal, he was permanently expelled from the West Bank.
