Palestinian policeman. On April 24, 2011, along with other Palestinian policemen, he fired at a group of Jews who had come to pray at Joseph's Tomb in Nablus. During the shooting, Ben Yosef Livnat was hit and killed on the spot, and 4 other worshippers were injured. He was captured by security forces and sentenced to 6 years in prison.
