Recruited the suicide bombers Nasim Jabari and Ahmad Qawasma to carry out a suicide attack. On August 30, 2004, he received explosive belts and weapons for photographing the suicide bombers before leaving to carry out the attack. The next morning, he met with the suicide bombers and gave them the explosive belts and weapons. Ahmad and Nasim boarded a transport for illegal residents to Be'er Sheva. Around 2:30 PM, the suicide bombers exploded on two buses in Be'er Sheva. In the attack, 16 civilians were killed and dozens were injured. The main charges against him were: Causing death; affiliation with an unrecognized organization; state security offenses.
