Muntaser Shalabi

Carried out a shooting attack at Tapuach Junction on May 5, 2021. Yehudah Guetta was murdered in the attack, and two other young men were injured. He holds US citizenship, and has lived there partially for about 23 years. He was sentenced to 2 life sentences.
