Mohammed Jamil Al-Ghoulani

Member of a terrorist cell that carried out a shooting attack. Police officer Rami Zuari was killed in the attack. On 24.1.08, he arrived with Muhammad Abu Sneineh near the Ras Khamis checkpoint. He waited in a vehicle nearby while Abu Sneineh walked, carrying the gun, towards the police officers stationed at the checkpoint, and approached police officer Rami Zuari, shot him in the head with a single bullet from close range, killing him. He then shot a policewoman, wounding her in the hand, and took the deceased police officer's weapon and fled the scene with Ghoulani. He was captured by security forces and sentenced to 13 years in prison.
