Mohammad Sufan

Convicted of attempted murder after attempting to carry out an attack at the 'HaOman 17' nightclub in Tel Aviv in August 2011. In the parking area outside the nightclub, eight civilians and Border Police officers were injured when he ran them over with a taxi he had hijacked and stabbed several of them. According to his confession, he committed the acts in protest against Operation 'Cast Lead.' He was also convicted of aggravated assault and robbery.
