Mohammad Rashad Dheifallah Sawalma

Arrested in 2013 after traveling to Jordan on behalf of his brother Ahmad to smuggle terrorist funds, originating from Hamas, into the area. He received the funds in Jordan through a courier of Amir Swalme Dukan, a Fatah activist released in the Shalit deal and deported to the Gaza Strip, where he established contacts with members of various organizations, including Hamas. He was supposed to receive additional funds from Salah Al-Arouri, a senior member of the Hamas command abroad.
