Jamal Issa

One of the leaders of the Hamas movement abroad, residing in Qatar. He represents the movement’s position in the media and has taken part in the organization’s representative delegations. He is a member of the Bureau for Arab and Islamic Relations in the movement and previously served as the organization’s representative in Sudan and later in Yemen.
