Carried out an attack using an explosive device on March 23, 2011, near Binyanei Ha'Uma (International Convention Center) in Jerusalem. In the attack, a woman and a girl were killed and 37 people were wounded. The attack occurred in the afternoon at a bus stop on Zalman Shazar Boulevard near Binyanei Ha'Uma. Moments before the explosion, someone called the police to report a suspicious object that was attached to a public telephone at the site, during the call, the device exploded. In the attack, a British tourist was killed and 38 people were wounded, 3 of them seriously. One of the wounded, a 14-year-old girl, died from her injuries on November 22, 2017, after lying unconscious in the hospital. He was released from prison on January 25, 2025, after 13 years of imprisonment, as part of the second phase of the hostage deal. According to the terms of the deal, he was permanently expelled from the West Bank.
