Ibrahim Adnan Najib Abdul Hai

Commander of a Fatah-affiliated terror cell based in the Balata refugee camp near Nablus. He carried out several well-known attacks, including the suicide bombing at HaMoshava Mall in Petah Tikva, which killed two civilians, and shooting attacks in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. He operated under the direct guidance of Nasser Awis, who was the leader of the Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades in the West Bank. Captured by security forces in 2002, and sentenced to life imprisonment. He was released from prison on February 27, 2025, after 21 years of imprisonment, as part of the seventh phase of the hostage deal. According to the terms of the deal, he was permanently expelled from the West Bank.
