Husam Abdul Qadir Ahmad Halabi

Member of a cell of Fatah's military wing in the area of the town of Salfit. The cell was responsible for the deaths of four Israelis in a series of shooting attacks in 2002. In one of the attacks carried out by the cell, brothers Shlomo and Moti Odsar from the Kfar Tapuah were killed while transporting fuel to the village of Jama'in. He was released from prison on February 27, 2025, after 21 years of imprisonment, as part of the seventh phase of the hostage deal.
