Haitham Ali Tabtabai

Haitham Ali Tabtabai (Abu Ali) is a senior military commander within Hezbollah in Lebanon. He previously led the organization’s special forces in Syria and Yemen. Following the elimination of Hezbollah’s top commanders in 2024, he was reportedly appointed as the group’s acting chief of staff.
