Haidar Zidana

Convicted of the murder of taxi driver Yefim Weinstein in 2009, which was carried out on an extremist Islamic ideological background.  He watched extremist videos, which dealt, among other things, with preparing explosive devices and carrying out terrorist attacks. Together with his friend, he planned to join the Al-Qaeda organization and fight "infidels in Islam".  On November 30, 2009, together with his accomplices, he ordered a pizza through a taxi service from a pizzeria in Nazareth Illit.  Yefim Weinstein - a 54-year-old Israeli taxi driver from Nazareth Illit, was kidnapped, stabbed to death and robbed by them. Together with his accomplice, he tried to reach Somalia in April 2010, but they were arrested in Ethiopia and returned to Israel.
