Farhad Shakeri

An IRGC operative based in Tehran, Iran, with a background in the United States, where he immigrated as a child. After serving a lengthy prison sentence for criminal activity, he was deported and later leveraged his U.S. connections to support IRGC operations, including surveillance and assassination plots targeting regime critics.
