The head of a terrorist cell responsible for recruiting operatives in Israel. The cell planned terrorist activities in Israeli territory, including attacks on IDF bases and secured facilities, such as Ben Gurion Airport and the government complex in Jerusalem. They also planned an attack in Kiryat Arba, including an intention to assassinate National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir using an RPG rocket for the attack. There were also intentions to kidnap IDF soldiers. For this purpose, they recruited terrorist operatives and devised a plan to rent a plot of land in Rahat or Judea and Samaria to establish a factory to conceal an underground compound where they could train and manufacture weapons. The cell members attempted to contact Hamas in Gaza for sponsorship, financial funding, and guidance for their activities. one of the cell operatives was in contact with a Hamas operative in the Gaza Strip, who offered him funding to carry out attacks in Israel.
