Released in 2017 The main charges he was convicted of are: intentional causing of death; throwing stones; providing shelter; possession of firearms. He was released from prison on February 27, 2025, as part of the seventh phase of the hostage deal. According to the terms of the deal, he was permanently expelled from the West Bank.
