Arafat Mustafa Shaban Nofal

Member of the cell that carried out a shooting attack near the settlement of Nili in 2007. The shooter seriously injured security guard Igor Birbrover, 42, in the leg and head. This injury caused blindness in both eyes and the amputation of his right leg, until he died of his injuries in 2021. He was sentenced to 14 years in prison as part of a plea bargain, and was released in 2022.
