Ahmad Muhammad Zuhdi Marshoud

Head of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad in Nablus. He was responsible for a series of attacks, including: ● A suicide attack at the central bus station in Tel Aviv, in which 30 civilians were injured, one of them seriously. ● An attack in the Balata refugee camp in which an IED was detonated against the jeep of a paratroopers' company commander, who was injured in the leg as a result; ● An attempted infiltration attack in the Bracha settlement, which did not materialize due to military activity in the area. In addition, he was involved in many attempts to carry out suicide attacks from Nablus, some of which were thwarted following the arrest of the suicide bombers he recruited. His activities were directed by the Islamic Jihad headquarters in Syria, and the Islamic Jihad headquarters in the Gaza Strip. He was released from prison on January 30, 2025, after 18 years of imprisonment, as part of the third phase of the hostage deal.
