Ahmad Jamal Mousa Azzam

Head of a Hamas military cell operating in Judea and Samaria. He was in regular contact with his operators in the Gaza Strip and was trained by them to be an expert in manufacturing explosive belts and bombs. Following instructions given to him, he recruited several additional operatives studying with him at Abu Dis University for the acquisition of materials to manufacture explosives, rental of apartments, recruitment of suicide bombers, and their infiltration into Israel. Captured by security forces in 2015.
