Abu Fatima

The Special Forces Officer oversees the Houthi’s "qualitative" or elite forces, which include missile and drone units, naval capabilities, and other specialized military assets. These forces are directly controlled by the Jihad Council due to their strategic importance. The Special Forces Officer is responsible for coordinating these advanced units and ensuring they are ready for high-impact operations, including missile strikes and drone attacks. The position has historically been filled by key Houthi commanders, with the current officer known only as "Abu Fatima." This officer works closely with Iranian and Hezbollah advisors to maintain the operational effectiveness of these elite units.
